Attendance Policy
Any session may be cancelled due to bad weather or holiday or lack of attendance by the sponsoring charity. If a session is cancelled refunds will be accepted with valid receipts only.
Alcohol Policy
Customers of legal drinking age will be allowed to bring two beers per person into the bingo hall. No ice chests allowed.
Food Policy
There are absolutely no outside food or drinks allowed on these premises.
Seating Policy
Anyone who wishes to save a seat for themselves or someone else can do so on a first come, first serve basis by leaving a dauber or turning up a chair when the doors are opened. If no one is seated in those spaces 15 minutes prior to the start of the first speed or package game, anyone may have that seat.
Chairs may not be saved with purses, coats, or other personal effects.
No stacking of chairs.
Electronics Policy
The charities are not responsible for malfunctions of electronics. A bingo without the last number called in the winning pattern will not be honored.
General Rules
PLAYERS ONLY – Every Person, Regardless of age or infirmity – MUST buy a package to remain in the Bingo Hall. No splitting of packages – if a customer is playing a split package their bingo will not be honored. All winners MUST be able to provide a valid receipt to a floor worker when they call BINGO.
To be a valid bingo, the last number called must be part of the winning pattern.
Players are responsible for playing the correct border color sheet or the correct number in your electronics.
The numbers are not valid until they have been called.
Operator’s decision is final on all disputes.
Once the caller announces that the game is closed, no other calls for bingo will be verified.
In Accordance with the City of Bryan’s smoking ordinance, a player must be 18 years old to attend a bingo session.
Cash only – no checks, credit, or debit accepted.
In accordance with the Texas Bingo Enabling Act, there is no gambling or other games of chance in the bingo hall.
All transactions are final after the customer leaves the cashiers window. Please check your paper package and change BEFORE you leave the window. No refunds or exchanges.
Brazos Bingo is not responsible for personal items left on tables during or after bingo sessions.
There are no refunds or exchanges on daubers purchased in the Brazos City Grill
Please be considerate of other players by keeping your talking to a minimum and by remaining very quiet during the games. Also, please make sure to keep your cell phones and pagers turned on silent or vibrate during game play.
General Restrictions on the Conduct of Bingo
All bingo equipment used during a bingo session must be inspected and logged prior to the start of each BINGO Occasion. All equipment consists of all Flash Boards, Caller Stand consoles, and bingo balls. The opening Manager and Operator are responsible for reporting and logging any and all malfunctions associated with the equipment mentioned above. In the event of a malfunction the operator must contact the Bingo Supplier and the technicians responsible for the equipment immediately and correct any problem prior to the start of any Bingo Occasion. In the event the problem cannot be corrected by selling time of a Bingo Occasion a decision will be made by management as to whether to cancel the Bingo Occasion
In the event of a malfunction with the bingo equipment the caller conducting the bingo occasion will stop the game and address the problem at hand and will continue the game only when any and all malfunctioning equipment has been restored to full operation.
In the event the caller calls an improper ball number or misplaces the ball, the caller must stop the game immediately and inform the players of the situation and correct the situation at hand and then resume game play only after the problem has been corrected and verified by one or two players.
Any player may request a verification of the numbers drawn at the time a winner is determined, and may also request a verification of the balls remaining in the receptacle that have not been drawn.
Verification will take place immediately in the presence of the operator and one or more players other than the winner and the player requesting the verification.
All disputes occurring during a Bingo Occasion must be brought to the attention of the Bingo Operator. The Operator will address all concerns pertaining to the dispute and resolve the dispute in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. If the player is not satisfied with the Operator’s ruling they must file a complaint with the Texas Lottery Commission by phone at: 1-800-BINGO-77 on their website at: www.txbingo.org, or by mail at their Regional Office:

Prize Policy
All bingos MUST have the last number called in the winning pattern to be a valid winner. All prizes are shared equally by all valid winners.
5% win fee will be collected from all winners. Customers must have a valid Bingo receipt to collect winnings.
It is the player’s responsibility to yell BINGO loud enough to be heard by the caller, any employee, or at least 20 players. If you fail to yell loud enough the caller or employees may not hear you and the caller may call another number resulting in you missing your BINGO.
Special Rules For Speed Games:
All Games Are Blackout
Bingos must be called before the next number is completely called. In case of a judged tie the prize will be awarded on the earlier number.
Bingos may be checked and called before time is called about five seconds after the first audible bingo. If you do not yell bingo before time has been called your bingo will not be honored.

Extra Games must be purchased for $1.00/face by a floor attendant prior to the start of the extra game. All payouts are To Be Announced.
First Session Extra Games:
If you did not purchase a package for the First Session of package play you can not play the First Session extra games. If you win on an extra game and do not have a First Session receipt you will not be paid.
Second Session Extra Games
If you did not purchase a package for the Second Session of package play you can not play the Second Session extra games. If you win on an extra game and do not have a Second Session receipt you will not be paid.
Security Policy
Security enforces all state and federal laws. Security has the right to ask any customer to leave the bingo hall without any refund.
Any player may be banned for violating house rules at any time. The length of the ban is dependant upon the offense and is determined by Security and the Hall Manager but will consist of at least one year.
